The Particulars
- 📄 Contract (36hrs/week): You’ll be the midweight designer working across multiple accounts—this role is full on.
- 👨🏾💻 Hybrid + Remote: Our London team works together 2-3 days per week. Remote the rest of the time.
- 💰 Compensation: £20K-£35K annual equivalent ($25,000-$45,000 USD)
- 🕑 Flexible: Enjoy a 4-day work week. (Summer Fridays — all year round.)
- 👨🏾🏫 Learning: Access to upskilling resources in digital marketing, design, branding, etc. Team members have taken courses with Udemy, IDEO U, General Assembly and we’ve helped to pay for them.

The Role
- UX/UI Design:
- Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
- Graphic Design:
- Develop and produce creative assets for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, websites, and print materials.
- Design compelling visuals for presentations, infographics, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovation to your designs.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall project outcomes.
